Finding affordable homes in Metro Manila can be an exhausting and sometimes fruitless undertaking. It seems as if all of the ideal houses are already taken, and all that remains are not really set in ideal locations. NuVista San Jose is located just a couple of kilometers outside Quezon City, in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Although you will technically be living in a province, it is actually quite accessible even if you work in Quezon City.

Regardless if you live on your own, or if you have quite a sizeable family, you will find the perfect house in this residential community. If you live alone, or if you and your spouse do not have that much of a budget for a house, you can get the Vera model house. The Vera sits on 36 square meters of land and has a total floor area of 21 square meters.
The floor layout is studio-style, which means that there are no dividers that separate the sleeping quarters from the rest of the house, although you do have the option to erect the dividers yourself. Although 32 square meters may seem small, it is actually just the right size for one person or a couple who does not have that many belongings. Aside from the sleeping area, there is still enough room left for a living room area, a dining table for 4, and a modest kitchen setup.
On the other hand, if you feel like the Vera is too small for your particular needs, you can go with the Iona, which is a loft-style house that has about the same lot size. What makes the Iona better is that the sleeping area is on a loft, which means that the floor space is essentially doubled. You will now have the entire ground floor open for a roomier living/receiving area, a dining area, and kitchen. If you have a bit more room in your budget, you should definitely check out the Iona.
However, if you have children, the two previous options might not suit your needs. If this is the case, you should consider getting the more spacious options available in NuVista, like the Senna. The Senna is a two-story townhouse sitting on 40 square meters of land, and has a total floor area of 42 square meters. This house model is ideal for small families as there are provisions for two spacious bedrooms on the second floor while the ground floor is left open for the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
If you need even more space, I suggest you look at the Tiara house model instead. The great thing about the Tiara besides having more bedrooms, is that it is a single-detached house, meaning you won’t be sharing a wall with your neighbors. The Tiara rests on 80 square meters of land and has a total floor area of 63 square meters. The second floor of the house has enough room for three spacious bedrooms, which makes the Tiara ideal for families with up to four children.
On the ground floor you will find the living area, a dining area that can fit a table for six, the bathroom, and the kitchen area. Outside, you will find ample space for a front yard garden. There is also a carport up front and a service area around the back of the house.
If the Tiara is not enough for you then you might find the Anthea more to your liking. Sitting on 104 square meters of land and having a total floor area of 80 square meters, this three-bedroom house will provide more than enough space for you to raise your family. This single-detached house also has a carport up front, space for a front yard garden, out back, and also has two bathrooms - one on the ground floor and another one on the second floor of the house.
